@IWMOPS @RogersMary 5 Rogers Stores visits/calls and 25 min on hold, still no 911/SenseUI. #fail

Rogers still does not have 911/Sense UI in the stores as far as I can tell.  
The location I mentioned yesterday had nothing, after phone support told me they did have it there.  
Good thing I called before going in.  I made phone contact with one generous Rogers 
employee who offered me the upgrade from his personal Windows laptop. 
What company releases their phone upgrade to only Windows puters?
Why isn't it in the stores?
Why did HTC know and do nothing for months?
